Work Journal- March #2
3/20- Walked dogs for 45 min.
3/21- Walked dogs at the school, co-ed soccer game (assisted!)
3/22- Walked dogs at the school
3/23- Played sand volleyball
3/24, 3/25, & 3/27- Walked dogs at school
3/28- Walked dogs for 40 min., did the Firm body sculpt workout
3/29- Did pilates video for an hour
3/30- Have a soccer practice & scrimmage for 2 1/2 hours.
Now that Kevin’s home, I find myself eating MORE. So I’m going to chew more gum and pay attention to only eat when my stomach is hungry, not my brain.
