3/20- Walked dogs for 45 min.

3/21- Walked dogs at the school, co-ed soccer game (assisted!)

3/22- Walked dogs at the school

3/23- Played sand volleyball

3/24, 3/25, & 3/27- Walked dogs at school

3/28- Walked dogs for 40 min., did the Firm body sculpt workout

3/29- Did pilates video for an hour

3/30- Have a soccer practice & scrimmage for 2 1/2 hours.

Now that Kevin’s home, I find myself eating MORE.  So I’m going to chew more gum and pay attention to only eat when my stomach is hungry, not my brain.

Work Journal- March

Hi all.  Got a bit off track with traveling, but I’m “back on the horse”!  Sunday- walked the dogs & played soccer.  Monday- 20min. of Pilates and 40 min. of TaeBo.  I’ve planned breakfasts and snacks for the week, which is critical for me.  So here we go!

2/1…Soccer game
2/2….55 min. walk w/Jake
2/3…Taebo 41 min. + Pilates 20 min.

1/25- Walked the dogs at the school and kicked around the soccer ball, did 20 min. of Pilates.  Played great game of soccer at co-ed!
1/26- Completed the Taebo-Cardio (41 min.)
1/27-Completed the Taebo-Fat Burn (52 min.), Pilates (20 min.), and Firm-body sculpt 45 min. (So soccer today, rainout)

Workout Journal

Okay, I’m going to copy Healthierliving and record my workouts for motivation.  Obviously I missed recording the first week, but I did something five of the seven days.  Sunday (1/6), I walked Jake & Josie for an hour, did the Firm ab video, and played soccer. (We lost, wasn’t pretty….)   Nothing makes me more sore the next day like soccer.  My left knee, left quads, and both hip flexors are tight.  Tonight, I plan on doing the Firm Cardio video (about 50 min.) and some really good stretching.  It’s been a full week and I’m still bring in two snacks (fruit or veggies) a day at work.   No vending machine raids yet, this is huge for me.    Have a great one and I’ll check in tomorrow!

Newbie online…

Hi all.  This is my 1st blog ever, so I hope I’m doing this right.  We’re putting together a team to get healthy, in-shape, and to meet our individual and group goals.  Our group goal is to hike the Grand Canyon from rim to rim in 5 months.  I know we can do it!!!
